I'm still waiting.

I'm back. It's close to 2 months now and still no reply from support and obviously no sign of my item suddenly appearing at my door. Of course they don't even look at the reviews summited, or they would have contacted me. (one would hope) I didn't want to take the social media route to get any kind of satisfaction, but I might have to since the way they provided has gotten no results. It sucks getting burned on the first purchase from this company. Still hoping for a miracle, or my $70 back. For those interested, i'll let you know if anything ever happens, I mean anything!
