You can cancel an order as long as it has not been shipped out.
In most cases, we process orders on a 1-3 day window before they get shipped.
If you contact us AFTER your order has been shipped, we will NOT be able to cancel your order
I received the wrong or broken item. What now?
These things happen! No one is perfect, right?
If you receive the wrong or broken item simply message us at email@example.com and let us know what's going on.
We'll walk you through returning your wrong item and sending out a replacement one immediately
I'm not happy with my order at all. I want my money back
We do our best to make sure our customers are happy with our service and products.
However, we understand that we may fail or not live up to your expectations. So if you have an issue that we cannot resolve for you, you will be able to take full advantage of our 30 day refund policy.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all US and most International orders
Will you provide accurate tracking information for my order?
As soon as your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking information.
Please keep in mind that tracking information can take up to 72 hours to initially update.
How long will it take for my order to get delivered?
This will vary on whether it's a US order or International order.
However, on average, for US orders we average 5-18 days for delivery. For international, we average 10-21 days for delivery
Where does my order ship from?
We work with various fulfillment centers and suppliers in both the United Sates and overseas in Europe and China.
Most of our products are located in the US and will be shipped with USPS or UPS directly for faster shipping times.
However, not 100% of our products ship from the US. Some will be shipped from our overseas centers. This will vary on the inventory and product itself.
As we continue to grow and improve our shipping times we try to get more and more of products in US centers but we are not at 100% for this yet.
